Gala (in English Gala means "solemn") - a sort of apple, obtained in 1957 in New Zealand by the breeder J. X. Kidd as a result of the crossing of Kids Orange Red Red and Golden Delicious.
The first gardens of the new variety were laid in 1965 in his homeland, and after a while they appeared in Brazil, Canada, USA, Europe.
The variety attracted the attention of gardeners, first of all, by its early entry into fruiting, high and regular yield, excellent taste of fruits, medium or below average sizes. Their coating color is not bright enough - orange-red spotty-striped rumyanak almost the entire surface.
APPLES GOLDEN DELICIOUS
Golden Delicious (another name for the variety is Golden Excellent) is originally from America. The variety was obtained in 1890 as a result of unintentional interbreeding.
A plot with a tree in Southern Virginia was acquired by interested parties to study the qualities of a new apple tree. It turned out to be interesting in terms of selection - on the basis of Golden Delicious they brought out a huge number of other varieties.
The fame of the caramel flavor of apples quickly spread, and soon these trees began to plant large areas for a delicious harvest.
Jonagold is an apple tree of American selection with the fruits of late winter maturity. Received in 1943 at the breeding station Geneva (New York, USA) by crossing 2 varieties - Jonathan x Golden Delicious.
In the early 1970s, the variety was sent for initial testing, and since the mid-1980s, in plantings belonging to scientific institutions of the Forest-Steppe and Steppe of Ukraine, it has undergone a widespread production test. In Ukraine, Jonagold is also the leader among other varieties of apples grown mainly for export.
Сhampion - is a variety of apple which was obtained by crossing several varieties of apples - Golden, Delicious and Orange Renetta with coke.
It differs in that its trees are stunted, with good immunity, increased resistance from powdery mildew and scab.
And a long shelf life of the fruit. With proper storage, Champion apples do not lose their qualities for 180 days.
The correct name of the variety is Renet Plato Simirenko.
The origin of the variety remains unknown.
The well-known Ukrainian scientist and breeder L.P. Simirenko, calling the apple tree the name of his father, who discovered and began to propagate this variety in the late 19th century.
The exotic variety of apples was obtained by the Japanese by crossing the Rolls Janet and Red Delicious varieties, thanks to which it has an exquisite and unique taste.

Apples are large - up to 250 g, rounded oblong, with smooth skin and a characteristic bright blush on a yellow-green background.
Idared is an apple variety bred by American breeders in 1935 through the hybridization of two popular varieties (also cultivated in the USA) - Jonathan and Wagner.
By the time of ripening of fruits refers to winter or late winter varieties. Idared is zoned everywhere in the western regions of Ukraine.
In Ukraine, Idared remains the leader among all apple varieties grown mainly for export.
APPLES RED CHIEF
The Red Chef apple variety was obtained in the USA (Iowa) as a result of selective selection from another popular species - Red Delicious.
However, some breeders, on the contrary, argue that a new variety of apple trees did not arise intentionally, but as a result of accidental sowing after crossing Grims Golden and Golden Reinet varieties.
This species came to world markets in 1914, where it quickly gained high popularity for its qualities.
The conference is a rather old variety of pears, according to the most widespread point of view, it was bred in the British Empire at the end of the 19th century (most often indicated in 1884 or 1885).
The general public became acquainted with the achievement of British breeders a decade later.
In 1895, held the British National Conference on the cultivation of pears. In honor of this event, a new variety got its name. Currently, the Conference is one of the most popular varieties in Europe.

Plum (lat. Prunus) is a fruit stone plant of the plum family. There are many subspecies of plum trees, the most common of which is the home plum, which, in turn, has many different varieties. Plum is cultivated since ancient times as a garden plant due to its tasty and healthy fruits - plums.
The taste of plums is from sour to sweet, and the color is from light yellow to blue-violet.
In addition to excellent taste, the fruits of plums have a rich chemical composition. Plums are saturated with vitamins, minerals, and biologically active substances. The average fruit of plums contains up to 90% of water, proteins, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, free organic acids, potassium, sodium, calcium, fluorine, iodine, chromium, zinc and manganese.
